The Ames Noon Lions Club meets weekly Thursday from noon to one o’clock throughout the year at the Ames Golf and Country Club. Programs are presented covering many of the local aspects of Ames. Guests are always welcome. |

The Ames Lions Club raises money to support many local organizations in addition to helping those in need with vision-related assistance. We are currently providing funding to the Raising Readers in Story County to provide age appropriate books to children throughout Story County. |

Currently the Ames Lions club is not meeting in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some members are meeting informally for lunch on Thursday noon at various locations as restrictions have lifted somewhat. As Lions we look forward to being able to get together again in the not too distant future. |
