Ames Noon Lions Club

The Ames Noon Lions participate in a number of projects benefiting the community.  Several are listed below.

Semiannually the Ames Noon Lions partners with the Ames Breakfast Lions and Hickory Park to present  a turkey dinner with all of the trimmings!  The dinners are held in the spring and fall.  Proceeds from the dinner are used to support the charitable activities of both Lions Club chapters.

Ames Noon Lions Club members run a vision screening project for pre-school children enrolled in pre-schools and day cares in the Ames area.  The screening results are forwarded to parents through these centers.
